I entered Landynn in another pageant. He wasn't very happy when I told him but he always does so well in them I couldn't resist, I can see where people say it's addicting, and it is so much fun. I have a few weeks to find dresses and such for him. Yesterday I put his makeup on him and did his hair all pretty for when Daddy came home. Thanksgiving was this weekendWe went to my sisters house for dinner. I dressed Landynn up in an adorable little turkey outfit, much like a toddlers. The family is used to baby Landynn at this point but he is still the centre of the attention, seeing as his cousins are all above the age of 7 and don't need constant supervision like he does. Grandmas fussed over how cute his outfit was and the guests enjoyed laughing at Landynn still being in diapers after so many thanksgivings. We didn't bring his play pen so we set him on the floor with his pacifier in his mouth and a few toys and people too turns playing with him and keeping him busy. His cousins were good at checking his diaper for us adults lol. Near the end of the night Landynn was cuddling on my lap just to avoid the over abundance of them. We took Landynn's high chair and he was fed his meal in that. He fussed a little when I put his bib on but the rest f the meal was good, he ate his baby food without asking for grow up food. He hasn't had very much over the years but he sometimes asks. He sat with his pacifier in his mouth in his high chair watching the rest of us once he was finished eating. When his cousins went to the playground afterwards I allowed him to go but his one older cousin had to take him on his harness just in case. She brought him back in need of a diaper change lol. Yesterday was another pageant for little Landynn. He did wonderful and looked beautiful. He brought home another crown and a trophy for his collection. I guess the hair extensions were worth it. It pleases me that he passes so easily and despite others being aware of his diapers they don't mind, they just find him beautiful and to be the perfect little girl. This time we do a bit more makeup and we put his new flipper in, he kept asking for his pacifier throughout the day but I had to say no because of the flipper. He threw a bit of a tantrum when they were doing his hair but I sorted that out. It was a long day yesterday and he's still pretty tired today. I have him in a diaper and tshirt, he's got a bottle and is laying on the couch watching cartoons. DaycareBecause Landynn was not potty trained by grade 2 (and he's still not) he is not able to attend school so under special circumstances he attends a day care with a special aide who works at the centre who will change Landynn's diaper and care for him appropriately. Although we could potty train him and send him to school my husband and I feel that daycare is doing Landynn good. Landynn is dropped off at daycare at 8 every morning. Ages 2-6 are in a room together, Landynn gets treatment as if he was a 3 year old at the center. He is fed his lunch in a high chair, put down for a nap in a crib and gets regular diaper changes. He gets to play the rest of the time go walks, play outside and do crafts. Grandma's houseThis morning we went to my mother's house for a visit. She is aware of Landynn and his regression and punishment, although she didn't agree with it, she now dotes on Landynn like any toddler and enjoys showing him off. When I was changing Landynn's diaper this morning I told him the plans for the day. He immediately started to fuss, saying he didn't want to go and he didn't wan to wear the clothes I picked out for him and put up quite a fight so I took him from the change table and gave him a spanking and his pacifier and had him stand in the corner for a while, in just his diaper. After twenty minutes of him crying in the corner I lead him out to the car, still dressed in his diaper and t-shirt. I told him that if he didn't like the clothes I picked, he was going to Grandma's house this way. She wouldn't' mind anyway. He stood there in the driveway crying as I loaded his car seat into the back of the car. I strapped Landynn into his car-seat and his pacifier that he dropped while throwing his tantrum it was a fairly quiet rid to grandma's other than a little bit of sniffling and sobbing from the backseat
